We are now using MyTime to book appointments online; it’s a very user-friendly scheduling system and you’re going to love it! To get started, just set up your profile online and book your first appointment.
If you’d like to book appointments from your phone, download the MyTime app via iTunes or Google Play. Login with the same information you used to create your online profile and add Healthy Beauty Solutions Sugar Spa as a “Favorite” place. The app will remember your preferences!
There’s just one place to login regardless of which spa location (Webster Groves or St. Charles) you want to visit, and you can choose to receive appointment confirmations via text and/or email.
Other improvements include the ability to:
- Book several appointments from one screen
- Confirm or reschedule from your appointment reminder email
- Set up recurring appointments
- Request a particular service provider
- Save provider and service preferences to your profile
- Complete client forms online to help save trees!

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule you may be charged a fee:
- 24 hours notice = no charge
- Reschedule or cancel with 3 – 23 hours notice = 50% of the service price
- Reschedule or cancel with less than 2 hours notice = 75% of the service price
- No Shows = 100% of the service price
Fee policy enforcement is at spa’s discretion.
- Make sure to select a service from the Groupon category when booking your appointment
- Before you click the purple Complete Booking button, click on the blue “Write Optional Note” text in the Appointment Details sections and type in your Groupon Voucher Number.
- If you don’t leave your voucher number, the appointment will be cancelled.
- Your voucher number is under the bar code or says “voucher” above or beside it and is 6-8 numbers only.
- Once you book your appointment with a Groupon Voucher it will be redeemed.
Please note: Groupons are for first time clients or clients who have not received that service for the last 6 months only. If you purchased an additional Groupon you may use the value paid towards the price of your service.
